Message: Edit: I saw Dr. Fitch again today for follow up. As I am a healthcare leader, I can say with confidence that Dr. Fitch is absolute excellence. I feel so blessed to have her. The practice is friendly, quick, and efficient. Dr. Fitch is the best physican I have ever seen.. Dr. Stacey Fitch is a GEM. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She lets you drive the conversation, she doesnt talk at you, she talks with you. She doesnt let you leave without understanding the plan. The office was nice and the support staff were great.

Message: I have been seeing Dr. Freeman for a few years. I was in my mid-40’s when I started seeing her. After several complicated orthopedic surgery’s & poor outcomes, I was diagnosed with RA. It’s been a process, but she is very dedicated to her speciality & me as a patient. This disease is a process & I take good and the bad. Overall my treatment plan is right one for me. I believe it’s important to educate yourself to the disease, your triggers and possible treatments options. Stay informed to help yourself. Dr. Freeman & her staff have made this transition very manageable. I appreciate her time and care more than words can express.

Message: I recently began seeing Dr. Raturi and could not be more pleased with her as well as with the office staff. Everyone has been extremely responsive, professional, and caring! Having read negative reviews regarding communication and responsiveness, it is clear that the office has taken important steps to rectify any issues. When I have called the office, someone has called me back the same day EACH and EVERY time I did not get through to a person. Given how short staffed all medical facilities are at this time, I am most appreciative of that and of the level of care I am receiving.

Message: I have visited this office 3 times since February 2020 and it has been a good experience. The front desk employees, nurse assistants, and phlebotomist in their in-house lab are all very courteous. My physician Dr. Pamela Freeman is friendly, professional and personable. The office is clean and comfortable. They have Covid-19 processes in place to protect patients while there for a visit. I would higly recommend this office.
