Message: My husband had an apt. with Dr Miller. He was prompt and efficient. I have always had great respect for him. Would recommend ENT associates and Dr Miller.

Message: I’m giving four stars rather than five due to the fact that when making the appointment, and when the appointment was confirmed, I was not made aware that I would have to pay coinsurance if the doctor had done an in office procedure. Rather than the billing department thoroughly checking with my insurance prior to the appointment they told me I would owe 20% if the doctor had done a procedure in the office. I don’t have traditional insurance (union) so the in office procedure was covered at 100%. Make sure you know your insurance plan and what is covered and what is not covered; had I not know my coverages I would now be requesting a refund from the billing department. There should be more due diligence verifying insurance or at the very least inform patients of a possible co-insurance payment at time of booking appointments.

Message: I went in for vertigo and problems breathing through my nose. Dr. Jackson was AWESOME. After looking at my ears and nose, he took the time to explain my problems and their causes. I have had this for years and was given meds that did not help. I have NO doubt that my problems will be fixed. I would give Dr. Jackson 10 stars if I could. He is a major asset to this place.

Message: This was my first visit with Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller took his time and explained every thing to me and answered my questions. He was not in a rush and made me feel that I was a very important person and he was there to get to the bottom of my issues. Thank you Dr. Miller.

Message: Phenomenal! And I don’t use that word often. I had been battling an ear infection for the last month doing various antibiotics prescribed by my primary and it was going nowhere. I went to see Dr. Malon and he instantly recognized it was a fungal infection which can only be treated topically. My ear had been clogged and hurting for 3 weeks and in just that one visit he found the problem, cleared both my ears, prescribed drops and even told me to come back after a week for a free check up to make sure everything is OK. My infection went away within 3 days and after a week he saw me and confirmed it was all good. If I ever have another one of these (god forbid) I’m going straight to Dr. Malon! P. S. The office was clean, the staff was pleasant and it was easy to find.

Message: Everyone at the office was kind and they were helpful. Dr. Green was terrific, he explained everything to me in layman’s terms.
